Fair use

We ask that you interact with our team and systems in good faith. Repeated enquiries submitted without genuine intent, or attempts to use our free consultation to extract billable advice without engagement, are not in keeping with the spirit of how we work.

Initiating an engagement

An engagement with Orb Lab Mesh begins when both parties have agreed in writing — whether through a formal contract, a signed statement of work, or an exchange of emails confirming the scope and terms.

Accurate information

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your organisation, systems, and objectives. The quality of our assessment depends materially on what we are shown and told.

Termination

Either party may end an engagement in accordance with the terms set out in the specific engagement agreement. Where no such agreement exists, either party may withdraw from a prospective engagement at any point prior to a confirmed start.

Website availability

We aim to keep this website accessible but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary downtime.

Service modifications

The services described on this site reflect our current offering. We may add, adjust, or discontinue service types over time. Engagements that have already begun are not affected by changes to our public service descriptions unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Geographic scope

Our services are primarily designed for organisations operating in Japan. Orb Lab Mesh may take engagements with organisations based elsewhere, but this is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Deliverables from engagements

Written outputs produced in the course of an engagement — including architecture notes, assessments, and reports — are provided for the client's use. The specific ownership terms are set out in the engagement agreement. In the absence of such terms, documents are provided for the client's internal use only.

Trademarks

The name Orb Lab Mesh and any associated identifiers are used by us in the course of business. Use of our name in a way that implies endorsement or affiliation without our consent is not permitted.
