Services
Three engagements, each with a defined output
Each service is fixed in scope, duration, and what it produces. You know what you are entering before you begin.
Back to homeEach service addresses a distinct point in the process of deciding whether to integrate.
How the services are structured
Fixed scope. Written output. Honest conclusion.
All three services share the same structural principles: the scope is agreed before the engagement begins, the duration is fixed, and the output is written documentation that belongs to you.
The services differ in what they examine. The choice between them depends on where you are in the integration process — whether you are still at the planning stage, already running correspondence automation, or holding a completed pilot that you need to evaluate independently.
Considering integration — start with Architecture Review
Five weeks examining how a new tool would sit alongside your existing systems, with a written architecture view and fragility assessment.
Handling high-volume correspondence — Correspondence Handling
Seven weeks setting up classification, routing, and drafting — with a review step before anything is sent and staff training included.
Holding a completed pilot — Pilot Evaluation
Three weeks examining the pilot independently — measurement method, operational resemblance, and figures recalculated at full scale.
Each service is described in full below — scope, output, duration, and investment.
Service 01 · 5 weeks · ¥40,000 JPY
Integration Architecture Review
An assessment of how newly introduced tools would sit alongside your existing systems — covering data flow, permission boundaries, points of failure, and the ongoing maintenance each connection would require.
Suited to organisations holding a long-established core system that cannot readily be replaced. The work is conducted with your technical and operational staff over five weeks.
What is included
A documented architecture view covering the proposed connection and its relationship to existing systems
An assessment of where connections would introduce fragility — named plainly, not softened
A plain note of proposals that should not proceed
A join diagram showing systems, data flow, and human review points
A data handling panel for the engagement itself
Where classification and routing take up hours of staff time daily, assisted handling is worth examining carefully.
Service 02 · 7 weeks · ¥35,000 JPY
Email and Correspondence Handling
Setting up assisted handling of high-volume incoming correspondence — covering classification by subject, routing to the correct department, and drafting of replies for recurring enquiry types. A review step is retained before anything is sent.
Intended for organisations where a shared inbox occupies several hours of staff time daily. The seven-week engagement includes setup, measurement, and staff training on the review step.
What is included
Classification accuracy measured against manual handling — presented as a direct comparison
A category list of correspondence that must not be handled automatically — built with your staff
Staff training on the review step — so the process does not depend on Orb Lab Mesh remaining involved
A join diagram showing the handling process and the human review point
A data handling panel for all correspondence processed during the engagement
A completed pilot that has not been independently evaluated carries conclusions of limited reliability.
Service 03 · 3 weeks · ¥29,000 JPY
Pilot Evaluation Engagement
Independent evaluation of a pilot the client has already run — examining whether the measured result supports wider deployment, whether the pilot conditions resembled ordinary operation, and what the running cost would be at full scale.
Appropriate for organisations holding a favourable pilot report from a supplier. The three-week engagement is conducted independently and may conclude that the pilot should not proceed to deployment.
What is included
An assessment of the measurement method used in the pilot — whether it measured what it claimed to measure
Recalculated figures at operational scale — compared directly with the pilot figures
A recommendation that may be to discontinue — presented without softening
An examination of whether pilot conditions resembled ordinary operation
A data handling panel for any data handled during the evaluation
Comparing services side by side may help clarify which fits your situation.
